At Coveted Crown, quality, precision, reliability, and consistency are at the heart of our business values. To enhance your in-salon experience, we have transitioned to a text-based system.
Booking and Cancellation
Clients are responsible for booking, rescheduling, and canceling their own appointments through the app or online. Please provide 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, as this allows other clients the opportunity to be scheduled. Upon reservation, credit card information will be required. All services require a non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the total service cost (this fee will go towards your payment). No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your reservation fee, or you will be charged for the service(s) that were to be performed.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled twice. After the second rescheduling, a new fee of 50% will be required to secure an appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please text to let me know. I will text 5-10 minutes into the scheduled start time; if I am not able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time, or you may be asked to reschedule. I cannot create beautiful hair if I’m rushed; quality work takes quality time, and I cannot run late for my next guest’s appointment.
Wigs and Extensions
Wig and extension suppliers do not allow returns or exchanges on purchased hair; sales are final.I only work with extensions I provide and install to guarantee quality and compatibility.
Adjustments or Refunds
I stand by my services and my goal is to do everything to ensure your satisfaction. If you require any type of correction to your hair service, please notify me promptly. Any corrective service must be scheduled and completed within seven (7) days of your initial appointment. Corrections must be made to the original look communicated. There will be no charge for minor alterations, but if you desire a completely different look from the original agreed-upon look, it will be considered another service, and charges may apply. No refunds will be offered.
No Guests or Children
Coveted Crown is an intimate studio. To ensure a relaxing and focused experience, I kindly ask that you refrain from bringing guests to your appointment. Only children receiving services are permitted (as specified in lease terms). Space is limited, and there are potentially dangerous items such as scissors, chemicals, hot irons, etc.
Waivers
Please note that chemical and extension services require waivers, which must be signed prior to your appointment. This will help us provide the best service possible.
